My Story
Our three children were around twelve, eight, and five years old. They were getting heavy into video gaming, so I decided to find other things for them to do. I began having craft classes! I held these classes in my home and invited the neighborhood kids every Sunday after church.
I had the children making various wood projects, mosaics, paintings, and clay moldings. Soon after, we began working with beads. At this point; I asked Daddy God, “Lord, I believe there is more I need to do with these beads. Please show me what to do.”
I was driving to work one day and clearly saw an image flash before my eyes. I immediately drew it out and asked my husband and a close friend to search the web to see if they’ve seen anything like it. They both did not see any duplications!
My husband encouraged me to get a patent…and we did! Since then, God has opened doors for me to create and sell these uniquely designed bookmarks. They have been a blessing to so many. I’ve created bookmarks for various fundraisers, family events, book clubs, and personal interests.
Recipients of a Vestine Motif Uniquely Jeweled Bookmark have reported that they are encouraged to journalize more. Parents have purchased my bookmarks for their children and have reported their excitement in reading, writing, and drawing due to having their personalized bookmark.
My bookmarks are made with multiple tassles and are also great for study and recipe books. They can be personalized for various sized books or journals with your favorite color, theme, pictures, and more.
